Goals

• Ensure that low-income families have sufficient resources to meet all of the basic necessities of life

The “Adult & Children Services Unit” provides legal information, counsel and advice, brief services and/or representation in the following cases:

• Guardianship
• Domestic Violence
• Health (Medi-Cal, Long-Term Care Litigation, Homeless Dumping, MIA, other)
• Income Maintenance (e.g., CalWORKs, CAPI, Food Stamps, General Assistance, Social Security, SSI)
• Other meritorious cases to the extent resources allow
